Be fit even in the kitchen and make every day a special day ā¤ļø

I usually cook after my training, so I'm full of energy and creativity 😁

There is something... something for travelling, at home, when you have just a little time but you have a strong desire to make good to the person, to the persons who you love.

Easy anytime linzer

IngredientsĀ

300g flour (perfect with whole grain flour or coconut flour, choose your favorite one; I used to mix 2-3 types of flour)

200g butter (or any other type of fat)

1 teaspoon baking powder

80-100g brawn sugar (or any other type of sweetener)

1 egg

grated rind of a lemon (choose bio limon if you can or leave the limon in cold water for 8-10 hours then wash it well to remove the chemicals)

Easy, fast and delicious, especially with your morning coffee šŸ˜‰ What to do? Put the dry ingredients in a bowl, stir them, add the egg then rub the butter (you can use cold or room temperature butter) with your fingertips and bring the pastry together with your hands (1-2 minutes). Leave it in the fridge for 60 minutes to chill (wrapped in baking paper or plastic wrap). Take the pastry out from the fridge and roll it out (2-3 mm thick), cut rounds (3-5 cm) from it. Make rounds with smaller holes in the middle as well and use them as top of your linzer.Ā (I made 22-22 cookies for 22 linzer from this quantity.)

Bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes then let them cool for 5-10 minutes. Stick the cookies (a whole cookie under and a cookie with a hole on the top) with your favorite fillings (jam, cocoa cream, etc.). Enjoy the result... & let the others enjoy it too šŸ˜‰Ā
