Live a healthy life, be healthy!
Besides the fitness, I started to practise massage therapy because I know and I believe that our body needs a complex care.
Living in physical and mental health helps to handle stress, stay positive, be good with yourself, with others and with your environment, increase productivity and creativity, increase concentration, keep your body in good condition.
Health is a state which we have to maintain and care.
What health means to me...
Feel well
Be happy & Smile
Love
Live a sustainable life
A massage therapy can help to develop complex wellbeing and to show the way to a healthy life.

I show you just some of the benefits of the massage therapies.
Stimulating blood flow and the use of nutrients and oxygen by the body
Reduce muscle tension
Stimulation of the lymphatic system
Reduction of stress hormones
Promotes quality sleeps
Reducing the risk of illness by boosting the immune system to fight off infections
Increased joint mobility and flexibility
Increasing energy
Improved skin tone
You will find and develop your way!

Stimulating blood flow and the use of nutrients and oxygen by the body
It helps improve blood circulation and flow. The improved blood circulation helps enhance body functions and provides tired muscles with the oxygen-rich blood that aids internal healing.
A consistent massage therapy program can help reduce diastolic and systolic blood pressure. It also lowers urinary and salivary cortisol levels besides alleviating anxiety and stress levels.
Reducing muscle tension
Massage helps reinforce correct posture and healthy movement
Massage helps ease muscles that are strained due to poor posture. The body is then able to realign itself in a natural way.
Massage is an effective supplement to standard rehabilitation procedures and can help aid faster recovery. It helps break up scar tissue and keeps muscles supple and flexible. Massage helps increase body heat which promotes internal healing of muscular tissue.
Stimulation of the lymphatic system
The body drains waste away from muscles and other tissue through the lymphatic system. The circulation of lymph can be improved by manual manipulation, by massage.
Reduction of stress hormones and promotes quality sleeps
Getting regular massages helps to reduce your stress level and have a better, quality sleep.
Massage therapy decreases depression and anxiety through the regulation of the serotonin level. Serotonin is an important neurotransmitter which helps to regulate mood and social behavior, appetite and digestion, sleep, memory, and sexual desire.
Reducing the risk of illness by boosting the immune system to fight off infections
Massage therapy boosts the immune system. Regular massage stimulates the body’s natural cytotoxic capacity, natural killer cells, improves lymphatic drainage, boost lymphocytes and lower levels of cytokines.
Massage is an effective supplement to standard rehabilitation procedures and can help aid faster recovery.
Increased joint mobility and flexibility
Massage therapy works on muscles, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissues to improve natural joint lubrication. Regular massages can help stave off sports injuries as your flexibility levels improve.
Number of stretching and mobilisation techniques can help improve circulation, loosen muscles and ease tension.
Increasing energy
Massage encourages relaxation and the effects of a massage last long after the session is over. Relaxed muscles and body has reborn energies and more power.
I hope that I could help you to feel better :)
Have a beautiful, happy and relaxing day!
